Rochdale's Street Eat Festival Reveals Delicious Line-Up for 2025 Return
Rochdale - Get your appetites ready! Organisers of the hugely popular Street Eat festival, set to return to Rochdale Town Hall Square on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, have unveiled a tantalising glimpse of the foodie delights and entertainment awaiting attendees.
The event, a cornerstone of Rochdale's vibrant cultural scene and organised by Rochdale Business Improvement District (BID), promises a delectable mix of food, drink, free entertainment, and live music, showcasing the best of local businesses.
The initial list of traders has been released, featuring a mouthwatering selection of established favourites and exciting newcomers. Foodies can look forward to tucking into delicious offerings from The Flying Horse Hotel, sipping bubbles at prosecco bar Sip and Sparkle, and indulging in hot waffles from Brew Box. Cake Loves Cakes will satisfy those with a sweet tooth, while Bank Top Farm will be serving up juicy burgers. Other confirmed vendors include Mason's Cookies, The Baum, Vicolo del Vino with their wood-fired pizzas, The Treehouse Bar, Our Gracie’s, The Traditional Tuck Shop, Daniela’s Ice Cream for a refreshing treat, and Betty and Co Hot Dogs.
But Street Eat isn't just about the food. Families will be delighted with the array of free activities and rides for children, including classic Punch and Judy shows, professional face painting, and a talented caricaturist sketching free personal portraits.
For the adults, dedicated bars will be on hand, and the popular music stage, once again hosted by Di Lynham from Happy Radio UK, will provide hours of entertainment for all ages. This year's musical line-up includes the toe-tapping country rock sounds of Between The Vines, the dynamic duo Shenanigans, and soloist Saskia Starkie performing contemporary and classic pop hits. Also taking to the stage will be the talented students from Turners Dance School, adding a vibrant visual element to the festivities.
Street Eat forms part of a spectacular year-long programme of festivals, live performances, exhibitions, and art, as Rochdale celebrates its prestigious title as Greater Manchester Town of Culture 2025–26. This accolade, awarded by the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, recognises and champions Rochdale’s rich history, thriving creativity, local talent, and diverse arts scene.
So, mark your calendars for June 28th, 2025, and prepare to indulge in a day of fun, food, and festivities at Rochdale's Street Eat!
