Rochdale Communities Speak Out Amidst Allegations of Coordinated Harassment and Misuse of Children

Rochdale, Greater Manchester – A palpable sense of unease is reportedly spreading through the Balderstone and Lower Place communities, as residents voice grave concerns over an alleged sophisticated harassment campaign. At the heart of these unverified claims are allegations that two local women, identified as Cheryl White (formerly McCondichie) and Jeanette McCondichie, are orchestrating a scheme that allegedly weaponises photography and children to instigate confrontations, which are then amplified through social media.

Community reports suggest a disturbing tactic: children are purportedly used as a lure at bus stops and in parks to draw the attention of unsuspecting pedestrians. The alleged intention is to then accuse these individuals of taking unauthorised photos or videos. If the targeted pedestrian reacts by photographing their accusers – perhaps to document the incident or identify the individuals involved – this image is then allegedly used as 'proof' to launch a coordinated shaming campaign on platforms like Facebook.

The alleged involvement of minors in this strategy has generated significant alarm among residents. "We are seeing children being placed in harm’s way, used deliberately to start an argument so that the adults can then immediately rush to social media", stated one resident who wished to remain anonymous due to fears of reprisal. "It’s turning neighbour against neighbour, and the kids are paying the price". These reports suggest that other family members and friends may also be involved in both the alleged provocations and the subsequent online campaigns.

Adding to the gravity of the situation, there are unverified reports alleging a connection between these campaigns and staff members of the Bee Network. Residents claim that some bus drivers may have been implicated in either supporting or facilitating these alleged harassment efforts, with some reports even suggesting this has led to physical confrontations. The purported coordination between individuals involved in the alleged scheme and transportation staff raises serious questions about professional conduct and public safety within the local transport service.

Further allegations have emerged concerning Eileen Oliver, another resident of the Balderstone area, who is reportedly involved in this alleged pattern of targeting pedestrians. It is also alleged that an individual named Wayne Croston Fielding, described as a bodybuilder, and potentially individuals who have recently joined the Rochdale community from South Africa, are acting as accomplices in these social media campaigns.

In light of the escalating tensions and the serious nature of these accusations, community members are calling for a thorough and official investigation by local authorities. Residents are urging for scrutiny into the claims of organised harassment, the alleged misuse of children, and the purported involvement of public service personnel. The outcome of any such investigation is keenly awaited by the concerned communities.
